today’s raid was much like a walk through a swamp that is also on fire while your wearing gasoline underpants and being chased by ravenous maggot-ridden felines infected with the swine flue

last night, managed to get enough people online at raid time and actually cleared to yogg in one night.

finally got my 8.5 gloves so, 4 set piece bonus here i come! (of course it’s only for a few days until i get my last few triumph and purchase 9.25) but it is nice to have 4 pieces of 8.5 that i can play around with in order to keep those set bonus’s while still getting new pieces. i’m leaving my shoulders out of the equation completely because they’re equivalent to 9.25 and upgrades are needed much more elsewhere.

that’s it. it was rather uneventful.

the highlight of the evening was when we did gen and accidentally pushed it into hard mode by not popping any of the vapors. the way EF does it, we pop as few vapors as possible. i’m not sure why they do it this way cause the damage taken is about equivalent of a full duration of my rejuv which only costs like 300 mana ish. so we usually end up doing it with just 2 or 3 vapors. maybe they’re practicing for HM. *shrug* i don’t call the shots, i just pwn the charts.
